The look and feel of the retail will be distinct yet complimentary to the already established retail base in the Town Center. Over 30,000 square-feet of retail will be offered in this project, plus 12 “flex” or incubator spaces. A portion of the retail footage will be outfitted as standard storefront retail establishments.
Retail merchants will be attracted to the Arthouse development because of the area’s concentration of affluent households, the success and strategy of other Town Center area retail, the “built-in market” of Town Center residents and the overall quality and execution of the property.
